Unusual operation order of equation in excel

Try equations =-(A1-B1)^2 and =(A1-B1)^2, you will find that excel gives the same answer even A1 is not equal to B1.

Excel somehow gives -(A1-B1) higher priority than square so that you will get a wrong answer.

OK, excel has a different order of operation
